7. Click View/Edit Profile for your account.

8. Scroll down the list of privileges to Organization Management > Edit

Organizations > Advanced Applications.

9. Verify that you have the Message Archiving Read (left column) and Modify

(right column) privileges.

Turn on Archiving for Your Org

1. Go to

2. Log in to your Message Security service, and open the Administration

Console.

3. Click the Orgs and Users tab, or click the Show Hierarchy link in the upper-

left corner of the Home page.

4. Select the user organization (org) to which your account belongs.

5. On the Organization Management page, under Organization Settings, click

Archiving.
